As a clinical counsellor and family therapist, I focus on compassion, respect, and consistent support, addressing your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Whether you’re navigating challenges alone, as a couple, or with your family, my aim is simple; to gently accompany you towards healing, recovery, and restoration.
The word Arukah is Hebrew and means: “Health, restoring to soundness and wholeness”.
During a peaceful walk in the park one day along this winding path, the words of Psalm 23:3 resonated with me: “He restores my soul and guides me along the right paths for His name’s sake.” It reminded me of the privilege I have as a Christian counsellor to witness the restoration journeys of others. Just as the path in this park provided me with direction and hope that I would reach a safe place soon, I’m here to offer gentle support and counselling as you navigate life’s pathways, helping you find healing, restoration, and wholeness along the way.

The goal is to create a safe and supportive space for those facing mental health issues to heal and find restoration through Christ.
